What is HudonDots?

HudsonDots is an innovative housing initiative in Hudson that preserves, generates, and sustains high quality, affordable housing. HudsonDots aims to stabilize rents, improve living conditions and create additional affordable housing units.

Homes part of this program are dotted throughout the City of Hudson — hence the name, HudsonDots.

HudsonDots was launched by the founders of The Spark of Hudson.

Affordable Steward Ownership

Affordable steward ownership is a way to keep homes and properties affordable for everyone, both now and in the future. Instead of being owned by private individuals who might sell them for a profit, these properties are owned by community organizations or non-profits.
